Recommended Timeline
​
As a general rule of thumb, we suggest ordering your stationery at least 6-8 weeks prior to when you wish to mail out your invitations to your guests. Generally, it takes around 2-4 weeks for proofs to be approved and finalised before print and about 2-3 weeks for your stationery to finish printing.

Wedding Suites
​
15-12 Months Out
We recommend initiating your design process at least 12 months before your event date. This allows ample time for thoughtful planning and delivery timeframes. Begin by ordering your Save the Date cards 12 to 14 months before your wedding. Sending these out to your loved ones at least 10 months in advance ensures they mark their calendars for your special day. Longer timeframes are recommended for events that require travel interstate or overseas.
10-8 Months Out
It’s time to order your custom invitations. Planning ahead and sending these out 6 months before your event gives your guests sufficient time to prepare and RSVP. Set your RSVP deadline to come back no later than 2 months before your event date. This allows you ample time to finalise arrangements with your vendors and caterers based on the number of confirmed guests.
6-4 Months Out
As the big day approaches, ensure you have all your on-the-day stationery in order. Ordering these items 4 to 6 months in advance guarantees they arrive with plenty of time to spare, ready to add those finishing touches to your event.

* We offer 2 rounds of changes (3 proofs total including the first draft). If you require more changes than this, we will charge a $30 fee per round of proofing which is to be paid before completion of your artwork.
Samples
​
The cost of our sample pack is $25 including shipping. This pack includes all of our colour offerings, textures and materials of our card stock range and different print styles. Samples are to be used as a guide only. Please email us to organise an order of our sample pack.
Minimum Order Quantity
​
For wedding suites, our minimum order starts at 40. For any other event, it's 10. The cost per unit decreases as the order quantity increases. We advise allowing for 10-20 extra invitations beyond your initial list.
Extras
​
Coloured and individually addressed envelopes are available for an additional cost. You can choose to have us assemble your suite or leave them in bunches for self-assembly. However, we do not insert items into envelopes to ensure items stay flat in transit.
Colours
​
Please note that colours may vary when viewed on different monitors. We recommend purchasing a sample pack to see the actual colours we use. The colours displayed on our printed colour palette and samples serve as a guide to the shades available. Also note that due to the nature of digital printing, colours may shift between print runs. Thus, an exact match to the colours in your sample pack may not be achieved.
Postage
​
For design and printing, expect a 48-hour proof turnaround and 2-3 weeks for printing and delivery to our HQ depending on your choice of printing style. Once your items have finished printing, we will carefully inspect and pack every item. We will then re-package your delivery, send it off to you and provide you with your tracking number. Once it has been left with the post office, our estimated delivery timeframe is 1 to 10 business days.
We use Australia Post for nationwide delivery, requiring signatures unless you request otherwise. Please note that if you request your delivery to be left without signature, Ivory and Mint holds no responsibility for the goods if they were to go missing.
Our flat rate delivery fee is $25. We offer express postage at an additional cost.

Ownership

All designs on our site are the sole property of Ivory and Mint and are protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to reproduce any work for marketing purposes unless strictly instructed otherwise by the customer. Designs created by Ivory and Mint remain the sole property of Ivory and Mint. Our designs are protected by Australian law and may not be reproduced in any way. We cannot copy from provided images due to copyright laws. We retain moral rights ownership of all artwork and must be credited in all published photography of our work.
Returns and Refunds

As a service-based business and due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Each item is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it unique and unsuitable for resale. Sample purchases are encouraged to assess quality beforehand.
Exceptions
​
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- Faulty Goods: We stand behind the quality of our products. Faulty goods are defined as items that are not fit for use due to manufacturing faults, errors in printing execution, incorrect quality or size supplied other than what was approved, or spelling or grammatical errors made on our accord and not approved by you. Before sending your order to you, our team conducts a comprehensive inspection to ensure that each item meets our quality standards. This includes checking for printing accuracy, material quality, and overall craftsmanship.
- Once the artwork process has commenced, any cancellation of orders will incur a $100 design fee. This fee covers the time and resources invested in creating your personalised designs.
- While we strive for perfection, errors can occasionally occur. Spelling or grammatical errors that are approved by you during the proofing process and subsequently printed will incur a reprint fee. This fee covers the cost of reprinting the items with the corrected information. We're not responsible for typing errors noticed after proofs are approved.
Handling Refunds

Upon receiving your return, our team conducts a thorough inspection to verify its condition. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed promptly within a specified timeframe.
Loss or Damage
​
We take utmost care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit. However, once orders are dispatched, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. For your peace of mind, we provide courier tracking numbers for easy monitoring of your shipment. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
